Khaberni - The Israeli Occupation Army warned on Tuesday the residents of neighborhoods in the southern suburbs of Beirut of imminent raids and called on them to evacuate.
A statement released by the spokesperson of the Occupation Army, Avichay Adraee on platform X states, "The Defense Army continues to operate and attack the military infrastructure of Hezbollah in various parts of the suburbs with increasing force. The army (of the occupation) does not intend to harm you and therefore, for your safety, you must evacuate immediately".
The Iran war broke out on February 28, following widespread airstrikes by the United States and Israel as part of the operations "Epic Fury" and "Lion's Roar", targeting vital and military facilities and command centers in Tehran and several other cities, resulting in the death of the Supreme Leader of Iran, Ali Khamenei, on the first day, along with a number of senior officials and leaders, including the Secretary of the Supreme Council of National Security, Ali Larijani, and prominent leaders in the Revolutionary Guard.
The war extended to Lebanon on March 2, after Hezbollah fired rockets at Israel following the assassination of Ali Khamenei, prompting the latter to respond with extensive airstrikes and a ground incursion into southern Lebanon.
