Khaberni - The Chinese Foreign Minister, Wang Yi, made a phone call to his Iranian counterpart, Abbas Araghchi, today, Tuesday.
Wang confirmed, according to a statement issued by the Chinese Foreign Ministry, that dialogue is better than the continuation of war, as required to protect the interests of Iran and its people, and reflects the call of the international community. He hoped that all parties would seize every opportunity and window to achieve peace and work to start negotiations as soon as possible.
He emphasized that China adheres to an objective and fair stance, rejects the violation of state sovereignty, and makes efforts to stop the war and promote peace, contributing to regional stability.
