She mentioned that the incident led to a partial disconnection of electricity in some areas, and efforts are underway to restore power, while specialized technical teams will begin work immediately after securing the sites to assess the damages in preparation for repairing the affected lines.
The General Staff of the Kuwaiti Army stated that the air defenses are confronting missile attacks and hostile unmanned aircraft.

A war erupted in Iran on February 28, following widespread airstrikes by the United States and Israel as part of operations "Epic Wrath" and "Lion's Roar", targeting vital, military facilities and command centers in Tehran and several other cities, which resulted in the death of Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei on the first day, along with a number of senior officials and leaders, including the Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, Ali Larijani, and prominent leaders of the Revolutionary Guards.
In response, Iran launched "Sadiq Promise 4", firing hundreds of missiles and drones towards Israel and other countries in the region, along with closing the Strait of Hormuz, which caused an increase in energy prices.
The war extended to Lebanon on March 2, after Hezbollah launched rockets at Israel following the assassination of Ali Khamenei, prompting the latter to respond with widespread air raids and a ground incursion into southern Lebanon.
