Khaberni - The Aqaba Marine Reserve warned on Saturday of a significant increase in waves on the beaches of the reserve due to prevailing weather conditions.
It urged visitors to adhere to general safety procedures, to avoid swimming or entering the sea, as well as to not stand or walk on the marine walkways (jetty), and to keep away from areas close to high waves.
It emphasized that these measures are aimed at ensuring the safety of visitors, stressing the importance of cooperation and adherence to instructions to maintain public safety.
It noted that any updates will be announced immediately upon improvement of the sea conditions.
