The Most Luxurious and Expensive Homes Featured on Screen in Ramadan 2026 Season What are their values

Khaberni - Luxurious architectural buildings dominated the Egyptian drama scene in the Ramadan 2026 season, where stars appeared in a number of artistic and advertising works throughout the month.

Data from the "Property Sorted" platform revealed the specifications and prices of the most prominent and luxurious homes that ignited the competition this season.

2.5 acres on the Nile.. and a priceless cost
The home in which the star Mohamed Mounir appeared during his participation in an advertising campaign for a telecommunications company, tops the list excellently, and it is a complex including a guest house known as "Khoakha" consisting of 4 rooms spanning 200 meters, and the main house nicknamed "Al-Malik" with an area of 800 meters, located on the banks of the Nile in Aswan with a total of 2.5 acres.

The price: A value that cannot be measured, determined by the importance of the location and Egyptian heritage.

200 million Egyptian pounds in "Wonnassa Elli Kan"
The home allocated to the star Yasmine Abdel Aziz in the series "Wonnassa Elli Kan" attracted wide attention thanks to its exceptional area reaching 3000 meters for the building on a land of 10,000 meters, located in the Green Wealth area, priced at 200 million Egyptian pounds.

Amr Diab's villa: 130 million and a ceiling height of 15 meters
On the desert road between Cairo and Alexandria, Amr Diab's villa appeared in an Orange ad with a striking architectural design, with a building area of 800 meters on a single floor, with a ceiling height of 15 meters, on a land spanning 5000 meters.

The building is real and not just a set, as it is actually owned by Amr Diab, and it is estimated at 130 million Egyptian pounds.

"Last Chance": Prestige in " Sarayat El Maadi"
In the series "Last Chance," Mahmoud Hemida resides in a 600-meter villa on a 1000-meter land in Sarayat El Maadi - not actually owned by him - a location of significant historical and social weight in the Cairo memory, priced at 50 million Egyptian pounds.

"Two of Us": Opulence in the Millions
Conversely, star Asser Yassin features in the series "Two of Us" from a luxurious villa dedicated to filming, measuring 400 meters amidst a 4000-meter farm in Ahmed Orabi, El Obour, priced at 45 million Egyptian pounds, reflecting a direction towards space and greenery away from the city pressure.

Properties featured in more than one work: A detail revealing the production mechanism
An interesting note is that several properties appeared in more than one series or advertisement at the same time.

A villa in "Badya" city, October 6 area, with an area of 350 meters and priced at 27 million Egyptian pounds, hosted scenes from the series "Two of Us" and "Last Chance" along with an advertisement for a famous telecommunications company.

A villa in "Mont Galala" in Ain Sokhna with an area of 240 meters and priced at 25 million Egyptian pounds appeared in the series "Two of Us" and "Maximum Limit" with Rogina, as well as in an advertisement starring the international star Will Smith.

Along the desert road as well, the "Palm Heights" compound shares its presence between two series, Dina El Sherbiny’s villa in "Two of Us" and the family house of Tarek Lotfy in "Last Chance," through a villa with an area of 750 meters and priced at 37 million Egyptian pounds.

The presence of a single location in two concurrent works reveals the extent of focus in Ramadan dramatic production within a limited geographic area of the outskirts of New Cairo.

This overlap also indicates that the choice of filming locations does not always follow the logic of the character, but sometimes is subject to joint agreements with property owners.
