Khaberni - The Dean of Student Affairs at Petra University, Professor Dr. Eyad Al-Mallah, honored the "University Ambassadors" student team in recognition of their efforts in implementing initiatives and activities that contributed to enhancing the university's presence and expanding its communication with the local community.
The team carried out field visits to a number of schools to introduce Petra University's academic programs and facilities. The ambassadors also participated in producing media content that documents the Dean's Office activities, and they were involved in welcoming new students and providing the necessary guidance under the supervision of Dr. Malik Al-Saud, Assistant Dean of Student Affairs.
The University Ambassadors team is currently preparing to launch a podcast titled "Voice of Petra" aimed at highlighting student success stories. The team also plans to execute an awareness campaign aimed at reducing random waste disposal and enhancing environmental awareness within the campus.
The University Ambassadors team includes five distinguished students: Aws Al-Baytar, Haneen Abu Jarad, Hala Salteh Gee, Layla Ababneh, and Mohammad Shaheen. The team members set an example in volunteer work that contributed in representing Petra University positively at various events.
