Khaberni - The Kuwait Petroleum Corporation announced that one of the operational units at the Al-Ahmadi refinery, affiliated with the Kuwait National Petroleum Company, was attacked by a drone, causing a limited fire within the unit.
The corporation clarified in a statement on Thursday that the incident did not result in any human injuries, confirming that the fire was controlled and dealt with according to the highest safety standards and procedures.
It was mentioned that the specialized teams immediately dealt with the incident and took necessary measures to ensure the safety of the workers and the continuity of operations, without significant effects on the production process.
