New Details About the Killing of Larijani and His Son Who Was with Them at His Daughters House in Pardis Area

Khaberni - New details have emerged regarding the killing of Ali Larijani, the former head of Iran's Supreme National Security Council.
Iranian sources report that Larijani was killed along with his son Morteza, one of his aides, and several companions during Israeli airstrikes that targeted his daughter's home in the Pardis area northeast of Tehran in the early hours of last Tuesday, while Iran officially announced his death on Wednesday night at the age of 67.
Israel's Defense Minister, Israel Katz, confirmed on Wednesday, Larijani's death days after he appeared at the Quds Day rally in Tehran. At that time, Larijani wrote that Iran's leaders are courageous and do not hide, challenging the statements of the U.S. Defense Minister.
Larijani belongs to a prominent family of clerics and held high positions including the leadership of the Revolutionary Guard, heading the Broadcasting Authority, 12 years as Speaker of the Parliament, and the presidency of the Supreme National Security Council. He was considered one of the most prominent figures in the regime during the era of the former leader, Ali Khamenei, handling sensitive files including nuclear negotiations and managing Tehran's regional relations and suppressing internal unrest.
