Khaberni - Real Madrid successfully reached the UEFA Champions League quarterfinals after renewing their victory over their host Manchester City 2-1 in the second leg of the round of 16.
The royal team had achieved a decisive victory at their home ground last week, with a clean sheet of three goals scored by the Uruguayan Federico Valverde.
In the return match, Brazilian star Vinicius Junior scored the royal team's goal from a penalty at 22, obtained after Manchester City's Portuguese captain Bernardo Silva handled the ball inside the box and was subsequently sent off.
Norwegian Erling Haaland equalized for City at 41.
Just seconds before the end, Vinicius added the second for Real Madrid at 90+3.
The royal team will play against the winner of the two-legged ties between Bayern Munich and Atalanta, noting that the Bavarian team has a very comfortable lead having won 6-1 away in Italy in the first leg.
