Khaberni - The Economic and Social Establishment for Military Retirees and Veterans announced today, Tuesday, the adoption of special discounts on bookings for lounges affiliated with military retirees' clubs across various provinces of the kingdom, for the children of martyrs and military injured, as part of its approach to emphasize the gratitude and recognition for their sacrifices.
The General Director of the establishment, Major General Retired Adnan Ahmed Al-Raqad, stated that the decision is in line with the royal directives that emphasize the need to take care of the families of martyrs and military injured, monitored by His Royal Highness Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II, the Crown Prince, coinciding with the anniversary of the Battle of Karameh, pointing out that this step reflects a steadfast national commitment to uphold the rights of these categories and stand by them.
According to the initiative, children of martyrs are granted a 50 percent discount, while children of military injured receive a 30 percent discount on lounge bookings at all military retirees' clubs throughout the year, starting from March 21st, reaffirming the continued support of the establishment for them.
Al-Raqad emphasized that the martyrs will remain immortal in the nation's consciousness, while the military injured represent a model of sacrifice and giving, pointing out that loyalty to them is a national duty that manifests in every effort made to serve and take care of them, and uphold their dignity.
