Khaberni - In the context of enhancing the partnership with the medical sector and consolidating principles of transparency and cooperation, the Income and Sales Tax Department has launched a system for monitoring the medical sector, which aims to organize the exchange of tax information with hospitals and doctors, thereby minimizing any arbitrary assessments.
This integration into the medical sector monitoring system aids in providing all the necessary tax information in an organized and rapid manner, which helps in facilitating and speeding up the processes of obtaining clearance, as well as reducing discretion and differences in estimations between the department’s auditors and the financial departments in hospitals and among doctors.
In this regard, the procedures to link hospitals started today with the Specialty Hospital being the first to be connected to the medical sector monitoring system, as part of the department's plan to expand hospital linkage to this system in the upcoming phase.
The department confirmed that it will continue working on connecting the rest of the hospitals sequentially, noting that any hospital can link to this system through the following link:
