Khaberni - The Public Prosecutor of South Amman, Dr. Ammar Al-Hunaifat, decided today, Tuesday, to detain the man seen in a video throwing a girl from a school bus onto the ground, who turned out to be his daughter, for 7 days pending investigation.
The public prosecutor has charged him with causing harm under Article 334 of the Penal Code and in accordance with Articles 2 and 3 of the Law on Protection from Family Violence and Articles 5, 6, 8, 20, and 21 of the Child Rights Law.
