Khaberni - Arada company announced the sale of a luxury residential unit valued at 92.5 million AED in the Armani Beach Residences project located in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, to the professional Cameroonian and former UFC heavyweight champion, Francis Ngannou.
The company stated on Instagram that the residential unit consists of five bedrooms and spans an area of 11,521 square feet, and includes a private swimming pool and waterfront views, in one of the most prominent luxury real estate deals reflecting the continuing demand for globally branded residences in Dubai, especially in prestigious coastal locations like Palm Jumeirah.
Francis Ngannou is one of the prominent fighters in the world of mixed martial arts and boxing in recent years. Born in Cameroon and started his life in difficult circumstances before making his way to international professionalism, where he attracted attention with his considerable physical strength and exceptional ability to deliver knockout blows.
Ngannou notably shined during his career in the UFC, where he managed to win the heavyweight title after a series of strong victories, becoming one of the most famous champions in the history of this category. He was known for his aggressive style and punching power that made him one of the most dangerous fighters in the ring.
Arada group's CEO Ahmed Alkhoshaibi stated that this deal reflects a high level of confidence among global investors in the real estate market in Dubai, particularly the Armani Beach Residences project in Palm Jumeirah, noting that the construction work on the project is progressing according to the planned schedule with completion expected in 2027.

The buyer in this transaction was represented by Magda Husni, CEO of The Ledger Concierge, and a consultant specializing in luxury real estate at eXp Realty, whose client network includes a selection of prominent businessmen and athletes looking for exceptional properties in global markets.
The Armani Beach Residences project in Palm Jumeirah features 57 luxury homes, designed through a collaboration between the Japanese architect and Pritzker Prize winner Tadao Ando and Armani Group and Studio Casa for interior design, and boasts panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline, along with service facilities that stretch over an area of 90,000 square feet, while construction works are currently ongoing with completion anticipated in 2027.
