Night of Decree supplications written
And the best thing a Muslim should supplicate in the Night of Decree is forgiveness and mercy from Allah -Glorified be He-, as narrated from Umm Al-Mu'minin Aisha - may Allah be pleased with her- she said: "I asked, O Messenger of Allah, what if I witness the Night of Decree, what should I say? He replied, say: 'O Allah, You are Forgiving and love forgiveness, so forgive me'."

Practices for the Night of Decree for menstruating women
Reviving the Night of Decree by menstruating women
For a menstruating woman to obtain the reward of standing on the Night of Decree, which is mentioned in a hadith by Abu Huraira - may Allah be pleased with him-, from the Prophet -peace be upon him- who said: "Whoever stands (in prayer) on the Night of Decree, believing and seeking Allah's reward, his past sins will be forgiven," she should do the following:

Firstly, intention: the menstruating woman intends that what she does on the Night of Decree is with the intention of reviving this blessed night, and it is narrated from Umar ibn Al-Khattab - may Allah be pleased with him - who said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah - peace be upon him - say: 'Indeed, actions are (judged) by intentions, and every person will get what they intended, so whoever's emigration was toward Allah and His Messenger, then his emigration will be toward Allah and His Messenger, and whoever's was for some worldly benefit or to take some woman in marriage, his emigration will be for what he emigrated toward' and the author of the book Al-Wafi said: 'Whoever intends a good deed and is prevented from performing it due to a compelling excuse, such as sickness or death or the like, then he will be rewarded for it.'

Secondly, plentiful remembrance of Allah:

Jurists have permitted that a menstruating woman can engage in remembering Allah, such as saying tasbih, tahlil, takbir, and tahmid, among other righteous remembrances, and reading the Quran without touching the Mus'haf according to the Maliki school, but the majority of jurists prohibit a menstruating woman from reading from the Mus'haf even if she doesn't touch it.

Thirdly, plentiful supplication
Supplication is an act of worship, and the best thing a menstruating woman can say in the Night of Decree is what was reported from Lady Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, who said: "I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, if I witness the Night of Decree, what should I supplicate?' He replied: 'Say: "O Allah, You are Forgiving and love forgiveness, so forgive me".'

Fourthly, plentiful seeking of forgiveness:
Seeking forgiveness has many virtues, among them are that it is obedience to Allah -the Almighty-, and it causes sins to be forgiven: as Allah Almighty said: "So I said, 'Ask forgiveness of your Lord. Indeed, He is ever a Perpetual Forgiver,'" and it also causes rain to fall, as Allah Almighty said: "He will send (rain from) the sky upon you in (continuing) showers," among other virtues.

Fifthly, plentiful charity:

Charity has many virtues, including wiping away sins and earning good deeds, secondly, it heals the sick and treats them by Allah's permission, and causes entry into the gardens of Paradise and salvation from Hell, where Imam Al-Bukhari narrated in his Sahih that the Prophet -peace be upon him- said: 'Protect yourselves from fire even if by giving half a date, and if one cannot find it, then by saying a good word,' and charity saves a person from what may befall them of heat and torment in their grave, where the Prophet -peace be upon him- said: 'Indeed, charity extinguishes the heat of the graves for its people.'

Sixthly, inviting to Allah Almighty and aiding in obedience through encouraging the husband and children to stand for worship on this virtuous night, for the one who leads to good is like the doer of it, and the Prophet -peace be upon him- said: 'May Allah have mercy on a man who wakes up at night, prays, and wakes his wife up to pray, if she refuses, he sprinkles water on her face. May Allah have mercy on a woman who wakes up at night, prays, and wakes her husband up to pray, if he refuses, she sprinkles water on his face.'

Benefits of Surah Al-Waqi'ah
1- Regularly reading it with contemplation of its verses prevents poverty and need.

2- It attracts provisions.

3- It prevents misery.

4- It is called the Chapter of Riches.

5- Whoever keeps reading it will not be counted among the heedless, due to its aspects of terror and remembrance of the horrors of the Resurrection and the hereafter, so it does not leave the reciter any chance to be heedless at all, as narrated by Ibn Daqiq al-Eid through Abdullah bin Abbas - may Allah be pleased with both - who said: Abu Bakr asked: "O Messenger of Allah, you have become old?" He replied, "Hud, Al-Waqi'ah, Al-Mursalat, 'About what are they asking one another?' and 'When the sun is wound round' have made me old," due to what these chapters include of fright from Hellfire's punishment, and mentioning characteristics of Paradise.

6- Al-Haythami narrated in Majma' al-Zawa'id that Abdullah bin Omar - may Allah be pleased with him - said: "I recited Surah Al-Waqi'ah to the Messenger of Allah -peace be upon him- and when I reached 'a cradle and a sanctuary,' he said to me, 'a cradle and a sanctuary, O Ibn Omar'."

7- Among the most authentic reports concerning the virtues and secrets of Surah Al-Waqi'ah is what was narrated from the Messenger of Allah -peace be upon him- who said: "Whoever reads Surah Al-Waqi'ah every night will never encounter need," and he commanded his daughters to read it every night.

8- Reading Al-Waqi'ah is a door among the doors of provisions as mentioned in the hadith; whoever reads it will not be needy, and whoever keeps reading it will become wealthy; however, the authenticity of this hadith is questioned.

Surah for Quick Provision
Sheikh Muhammad Abu Bakr, an Islamic preacher, stated that everyone desires abundant provisions, even those whose provisions are plentiful wish from Allah to increase and bless them, hence they say take from the Quran for anything you desire.

He added in a video of him, that if we return to the books of knowledge and the words of the righteous, we find that it is famous for spreading provisions from the Holy Quran, Surahs Al-Waqi'ah and Yasin, and it is said about Surah Al-Waqi'ah that it secures its reader from poverty or need.

He continued: many people do not memorize Surah Al-Waqi'ah and cannot read it properly, and Allah Almighty provided alternatives in the Holy Quran so that a person can take them, and to seek help from Allah Almighty through the Quran and its verses.

And he pointed out that there is a verse that increases provision, it is the word of Allah Almighty: "And whoever fears Allah, He will make for him a way out * And will provide for him from where he does not expect, and whoever relies on Allah, then He is sufficient for him. Indeed, Allah will accomplish His command. Allah has appointed a measure for all things," so every person should repeat this verse regularly especially in his places of provision and work, preceded and followed by asking for forgiveness and blessings on the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, cautioning that no one should underestimate it because it is sufficient for everything and about everything from matters of this world and the hereafter.
