Khaberni - Al-Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans announced the opening of applications for education scholarships for bachelor's degrees, which are designated for orphan youth from various provinces of the kingdom, continuing the mission of the fund launched by Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah when it was established in 2006, aimed at supporting orphans after the age of 18 and enabling them to continue their education and build their futures.
The fund said in a statement on Monday that the scholarships target orphan students currently enrolled in public universities on a competitive basis, who have completed at least the first semester with a good average, and are not older than 20 years. The scholarship includes full coverage of semester registration fees and tuition fees for a bachelor's degree.
It was noted that applications will be accepted until the 18th of this month, where the application link has been published on Al-Aman Fund's social media platforms on "Facebook", "Instagram", and "LinkedIn", allowing all interested in benefiting from the scholarship to apply and review the required terms and conditions via the dedicated application link (eligibility.alamanfund.jo).
The fund indicated that all applications undergo a rigorous and transparent evaluation process, starting with the submission of the required accredited official documents by the applicant, followed by the study of files and their review according to approved evaluation criteria, to select the most eligible and deserving students to receive the scholarship, ensuring equality of opportunities and fairness in selection among all applicants.
It was explained that for 20 years, the fund has continued supporting orphan youth after they leave care homes, through educational, living, and psychological programs that have benefited thousands of young people from various provinces, helping them complete their education, secure job opportunities, and build independent and dignified lives.
It is worth mentioning that during its 20-year journey, the fund has provided educational scholarships to thousands of orphans, enabling many of them to complete their education and launch confidently into their professional lives with self-reliance, while the fund continues to expand its programs to open more opportunities for youth in various provinces.
