Khaberni - Media reports indicate that English club Arsenal is closely monitoring Atletico Madrid striker Julian Alvarez for a contract during the next summer transfer window.
Transfer News Live account stated, quoting Al Nacional newspaper, that Arsenal has once again shown interest in Julian Alvarez, which is clear.
The club sees in a player of Alvarez’s caliber the last piece it needs, and has the financial ability to meet his asking price of 90 million pounds sterling.
The club had thought that Victor Guiqueris was the last piece it needed, but he has not consistently proven his worth.
The "Gunners" interest in the Argentine international, crowned at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, comes amid a strong desire from Barcelona to sign him to compensate for the expected departure of Polish player Robert Lewandowski.
Alvarez, nicknamed "the Spider," joined Atletico Madrid coming from Manchester City.
