Khaberni - Iraq announced early Monday that Al-Karkh Central Prison near Baghdad International Airport was attacked by a rocket.
According to a statement by the Iraqi Security Media Cell, the targeting of vital facilities in the country "provides an opportunity for the enemy to undermine security in Iraq," confirming that a rocket fell near Al-Karkh Central Prison which houses a large number of dangerous terrorists.
The statement added that security presence at Al-Karkh Central Prison has been reinforced, noting that the Commander-in-Chief of the Iraqi Armed Forces has ordered the dismissal of the commanders and intelligence officers in the rocket launch sector.
