Hani Shaker undergoes intensive treatment protocol in Paris

Khaberni - Egyptian singer Hani Shaker is undergoing an intensive treatment protocol, following a health crisis that recently struck him after undergoing serious colon surgery, developments that necessitated his transfer to the French capital Paris to continue his treatment journey.

In statements, a source close to the family of artist Hani Shaker revealed that he is currently in the "Foch" hospital in France, a medical institution specializing in pulmonary and digestive diseases, where a famous French doctor named "Alexandre Rou" oversees his case, who is one of the most skilled doctors specializing in complete digestive system surgery.

The source added that Hani Shaker underwent a series of precise medical procedures immediately upon arriving at the hospital, including radiological examinations and precise tests to determine the medical protocol he will follow during the treatment period, as well as the treating doctor decided to put him in the intensive care unit as a precaution, to ensure he does not get any infections given his current reduced immunity level.

The source continued that the medical team treating him has not yet decided to subject him to any new surgical intervention, being satisfied with putting in place a medical treatment protocol and monitoring his health condition moment by moment until it improves, pointing out that Hani Shaker has become consciously reassuring, but he still requires a treatment period to overcome the critical stage.

The source had previously stated that the recent days were "the most difficult" in Hani Shaker's illness journey, as his condition showed no response to treatment and complete loss of consciousness, which raised the medical team's concern.

The past period had witnessed a gradual improvement, in Hani Shaker's condition as his body began to respond to treatment and showed simple motor reactions in the hand and foot, which the doctors considered a positive indicator of regaining part of his consciousness, although he continues to stay in the intensive care until the situation stabilizes completely.
