The showroom was designed according to a modern concept that reflects Zain's identity and keeps pace with the rapid development in the telecommunications and technology sectors. It features a spacious area and modern organization that allows customers to easily benefit from the company's services and explore its products, alongside a specialized team of employees to provide support in a professional manner that ensures the highest levels of service. The new showroom provides all the services that Zain customers need, including subscriptions to lines and services, account management, bill payments, technical support services, as well as displaying smart devices, accessories, and the latest digital solutions.
The new showroom is located on Wasfi al-Tal Street in Irbid province, and welcomes its customers from Saturday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while during the holy month of Ramadan, it opens from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The opening of the new showroom is part of the company’s ongoing strategy to update its showrooms and provide a more modern and smooth experience for its customers, a approach that it began implementing several years ago through the development and updating of a number of its showrooms.
