Khaberni - The Council of Deans of Arab Amman University has decided to promote Dr. Amro Mohammed Ali Al-Zghoul to the rank of associate professor in human resource management in the Business School.
Dr. Al-Zghoul holds a PhD from the "Non-Specific American University" in business management obtained in 2017, is the head of the Business Management Department at the Business School of Arab Amman University since 2022, and previously worked as an administrative development consultant in Saudi Arabia. He holds numerous specialized professional certificates and courses, is a member of several committees at Arab Amman University, has published numerous scientific research papers in peer-reviewed international journals, and has participated in several scientific conferences. Dr. Al-Zghoul has also supervised and discussed several master's theses.
