Khaberni - A government source reported, on Sunday, that the government will disburse the salaries of public sector employees before the advent of the blessed Eid Al-Fitr, according to Al-Mamlaka TV.
The government has set the Eid Al-Fitr holiday starting from the morning of Friday corresponding to the twentieth of the current March, until the evening of Monday corresponding to the twenty-third of the same month.
Prime Minister Jafar Hassan’s communiqué stated that all ministries, official departments, public institutions and bodies, official universities, municipalities, joint service councils, Greater Amman Municipality, and companies wholly owned by the government will suspend their work starting from the morning of Friday corresponding to the twentieth of the current March until the evening of Monday corresponding to the twenty-third of the same month.
The communiqué excluded the ministries and official departments whose work nature requires otherwise.
