Khaberni - The UAE air defenses dealt with 10 ballistic missiles and 26 drones coming from Iran on Thursday.
The UAE Ministry of Defense said: "Since the onset of the overt Iranian assault, the UAE air defenses have handled 278 ballistic missiles, 15 cruise missiles, and 1540 drones."
It added: "These attacks have resulted in 6 fatalities from Emirati, Pakistani, Nepalese, and Bangladeshi nationalities, and 131 cases of minor and moderate injuries from Emirati, Egyptian, Sudanese, Ethiopian, Filipino, Pakistani, Iranian, Indian, Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan, Azerbaijani, Yemeni, Ugandan, Eritrean, Lebanese, Afghan, Bahraini, Comorian, Turkish, Iraqi, Nepalese, Nigerian, Omani, Palestinian, Ghanaian, and Indonesian nationalities."
The Ministry of Defense affirmed its readiness and vigilance to deal with any threats and to firmly counter anything targeting the undermining of the state's security, ensuring the protection of its sovereignty, security, stability and protecting its interests and national assets.
