Khaberni - Lebanese Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Yousef Raji, summoned the Iranian Embassy Chargé d'Affaires in Beirut, due to the fact that Ambassador Mohammad Reza Sheybani has not yet submitted his credentials, as part of monitoring the Lebanese stance on statements and positions related to the internal Lebanese affairs.
The Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Ambassador Abdul Sattar Issa, was tasked with holding a meeting with him tomorrow morning at the ministry's headquarters, to convey the official Lebanese position rejecting any Iranian interference in Lebanon's internal affairs.
This step comes amid ongoing military escalation in the region, which has directly impacted the Lebanese scene in recent days.
