Khaberni - Israeli Occupation Defense Minister Yisrael Katz confirmed on Thursday that he has instructed the army to prepare for expanding its operations in Lebanon, threatening to take control of "territories" if "Hezbollah" rockets do not stop.
Katz stated in a declaration, "The Prime Minister (Benjamin Netanyahu) and I have instructed the Israeli army to prepare to expand operations in Lebanon and to restore peace and security to the northern communities."
Katz added, "I warned the President of Lebanon (Joseph Aoun) that if the Lebanese government cannot control its territories and prevent 'Hezbollah' from threatening the northern communities and firing rockets towards Israel, then we will do it ourselves and take control of the territories."
