Khaberni - Today, the Director of Education for Sahab District, Dr. Khetam Al-Suwais, met in the meeting room with the distinguished team of Queen Rania's Award for Educational Excellence. Present were the Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs Faisal Al-Thunayan, the Educational Supervision Department, the Initiatives Liaison Officer, and the Media Department.
During the meeting, Al-Suwais emphasized the importance of instilling a culture of educational excellence in the field of education, enhancing innovative educational practices that positively reflect on the classroom environment, and developing the educational process. She praised the efforts of the teachers participating in the award and the inspiring models of devotion and educational creativity they present.
Al-Suwais mentioned the directorate's plan to hold a forum for ambassadors of the Queen Rania Award for Teacher Excellence, which would include presenting distinguished success stories, delivering research papers, and conducting educational dialogue sessions. This forum will also organize televised teaching classes that highlight engaging and effective classroom sessions, contributing to the support of teachers and the exchange of successful educational experiences.
She also noted that the forum will address the ambassadors’ experiences in transferring the impact of excellence to the local community, by conducting creative exhibitions to display educational achievements and distinguished educational practices, and showcasing their direct impact in enhancing students' academic achievement and motivating them towards learning and creativity.
Al-Suwais announced that four participants from the Sahab Directorate of Education had advanced to the field visits stage within the award evaluation processes, confirming that this achievement reflects the significant efforts made by the educational field in the directorate and enhances motivation towards more work and achievement.
