Khaberni - In the context of its firm commitment to fostering a culture of volunteerism and social responsibility, Housing Bank employees from the "Imkan Housing" program volunteers participated in preparing about 5000 meals at the Tkiyet Um Ali merciful tables at its main headquarters in Al-Mahatta area, affirming their ongoing role in effective community initiatives.
This direct participation in meal preparation aims to activate the humanitarian role of bank employees, giving them the opportunity to contribute practically in serving the community, which enhances the values of solidarity and teamwork, and translates the message of the "Imkan Housing" program in building strong, direct relationships with the beneficiary groups.
This activity extends the announcement of expanding the strategic partnership between the bank and Tkiyet Um Ali, deepening the long cooperation that encompasses them in vital projects including the school nutrition project aimed at enhancing the school food security system and supporting student health and improving their academic performance, and the home renovation project which seeks to improve the living conditions for benefiting families and provide them with a safe and dignified environment, which positively reflects on family stability and physical and mental health, in addition to the bank's continued support for the family sponsorship program based on distributing monthly parcels to beneficiaries of the Tkiyet’s services.
It is noted that Tkiyet Um Ali, founded in 2003, is one of the prominent charitable organizations in Jordan, operating to provide healthy and balanced food to the benefiting families throughout the year based on a sustainable and dignified approach, thereby contributing to enhancing food security across various governorates of the kingdom.
