Jordan Weather fluctuations and anticipated rains in late Ramadan may extend to Eid alFitr days

Khaberni - Arab weather meteorologists continue to follow the latest outputs of numerical models that indicate the possibility of the Levant region, including Jordan, being affected starting from next Saturday (24 Ramadan), with a state of weather instability that renews the chances of rain on several days, possibly continuing during the happy Eid al-Fitr period.

According to preliminary analyses, it is expected that the effects of the weather condition would start on Saturday with a state of instability, where clouds will increase and showers of rain will fall in scattered areas of the kingdom, followed by the region being affected by a low-pressure system on Sunday and Monday, leading to increased cloud density and rainfall in several areas of Jordan, which might be heavy at times and accompanied by lightning and thunder, simultaneous with a noticeable drop in temperatures.

Experts predict that the weather will tend towards temporary stability on Tuesday, before weather fluctuations resume their activity from March 18th, due to a surge of cold air mass towards the region, lowering temperatures and bringing back rainy winter conditions to various parts of the kingdom.

If these weather scenarios materialize, it is expected that the cold and rainy conditions will continue during the first days of the happy Eid al-Fitr, which may require wearing winter clothing during the Eid period.
