Khaberni - The Hebrew channel Kan reported that three American strategic B-1 bombers took off for the first time from British territories to execute strikes on Iran, reflecting an expansion in the scope of military operations.
The channel mentioned that attacks launched from Europe will shorten the targeting time and allow the United States to carry out repeated attacks, unlike operations launched from American territory which require long hours of flight.
This development comes after British Prime Minister Keir Starmer granted permission last week for President Donald Trump to use British air bases to launch strikes on Iran, where a B-1 bomber landed in the United Kingdom as a preemptive step for the current attacks.
The intensity of the war has been escalating since February 28, with ongoing exchanges of missile strikes and drones between Iran and the American-Israeli coalition on multiple fronts.
