The market value of 225 players changed in the latest update released by "Transfermarkt", a site specializing in this matter, today, Monday.
The total value of the league increased by 154 million euros to reach 12.58 billion euros, making the Premier League the most expensive league in the world by a large margin.
It should be mentioned that market values are calculated based on several factors including the player's position, participations, goal contributions, age, and the club they play for, among others.
Stars Whose Market Value Declined in the Premier League
Alexander Isak leads the list of players whose market value has declined in the Premier League, as it has dropped from 120 million euros to 100 million euros, a decrease amounting to 20 million euros.
Bukayo Saka, Arsenal's winger, comes in second place after his market value dropped from 130 to 120 million euros, a decrease of 10 million euros.
In third place comes Cole Palmer, a Chelsea star, whose price dropped from 120 to 110 million euros, losing 10 million euros.
The value of Martin Ødegaard, a midfielder at Arsenal, also declined from 75 to 65 million euros, a decrease of 10 million euros, and the same applies to Rodri, a star at Manchester City.
Meanwhile, the value of Christian Romero, a Tottenham defender, dropped from 60 to 50 million euros, a loss amounting to 10 million euros, the same happened with his teammate Xavi Simons.
