Amman – The board of directors of United Financial Investments decided to appoint Dr. Adel Bino as the chairman of the board of the company, in a move that reflects its direction towards strengthening its institutional presence and improving its performance in the coming period.
Dr. Bino is one of the foremost financial experts in Jordan, having previously held the position of chairman of the Jordan Securities Commission, and boasts a rich professional and academic record in the fields of finance, corporate governance, and financial risk management.
He has also been an associate professor in the finance department at the University of Jordan since 2007 and holds a PhD in financial economics from the United States of America, in addition to his research and academic contributions in financial markets and financial regulation issues.
