New Increase in the Number of American Casualties in the War

Khaberni - The US Central Command "CENTCOM" announced on Sunday the death of a US National Guard soldier in Kuwait, raising the number of US military casualties in the war to 8.

CENTCOM stated in a post on its "X" platform: "A US National Guard soldier in Kuwait died on March 6 due to a sudden health incident. An investigation into the cause of death is currently underway."

This brings the number of US casualties since the beginning of the joint US-Israeli attacks on Iran to 8 deaths.

The US military announced on Sunday the death of a soldier affected by injuries sustained during an Iranian attack in early March.

The US Central Command stated in a statement, "An American soldier died last night from injuries sustained during the initial attacks carried out by the Iranian regime across the Middle East."

On Saturday, US President Donald Trump presided over a brief ceremony at Dover Air Force Base to repatriate the six US soldiers who were first killed in the war on Iran.

The six elements that were killed following the launch of the war by the United States and Israel against Iran were reserve soldiers deployed in Kuwait, belonging to the 103rd Support Command headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa.
