Khaberni - The Israeli army announced that it eliminated five prominent leaders of the Lebanon Corps affiliated with the Quds Force in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard through a precise aerial raid in Beirut.
Israeli army spokesperson Avichai Adraee said, "Last night, the navy attacked with precise intelligence guidance from the Military Intelligence Directorate five leaders from the Lebanon Corps and the Palestine Corps affiliated with the Quds Force in the Revolutionary Guard, during their meeting at a hotel in the Lebanese capital Beirut".
He added: "The Lebanon Corps in the Quds Force serves as a central communication axis between the terrorist Hezbollah and Iran, where its leaders coordinate the activities of various terrorist organizations in Lebanon. The leaders eliminated were promoting terrorist activities across Lebanon and were hiding in a civilian hotel."
He further clarified: "It can now be revealed that the raid eliminated three central leaders in the Quds Force, namely: Majid Hosseini - responsible for transferring funds to the Iranian regime's arms in Lebanon to finance activities of the Hezbollah organization, and the Lebanon Corps, Palestine Corps, Hamas organization, and bodies operating out of Lebanon. He was also responsible for financing and producing combat resources to support Hezbollah's military activities."
He noted that "Ali Reza By Azar held the position of head of intelligence in the Lebanon Corps affiliated with the Quds Force. He was a crucial knowledge center in the field of intelligence research and collected intelligence information for Hezbollah during his tenure."
He indicated that the third leader "Ahmed Rasouli - held the position of intelligence officer of the Palestine Corps affiliated with the Quds Force. By virtue of his position, he was responsible for collecting intelligence information for Palestinian organizations in Lebanon and the Gaza Strip."
The spokesperson confirmed that "in addition, Hussein Ahmadlou was killed, an intelligence element who was working on gathering information about Israel, and Abu Mohammed Ali, the Hezbollah representative in the Palestine Corps, responsible for ongoing coordination between the organization and the Palestine Corps."
