Khaberni - The Ministry of Water and Irrigation / Water Authority stated that their teams in the Internal Control Unit, Directorate of Water Basins and Central Workshops, in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior and Public Security personnel, seized an illegal drilling rig that was drilling an unauthorized well in Al-Mafraq - inside a brick-sealed room as part of the continuous inspection campaigns for the campaign to enforce control over water resources. The rig was impounded, and the well was covered up by the technical teams, and the seized rig was impounded at the Directorate of Central Workshops in the Water Authority, organizing the records related to the incident to complete the investigation, implement legal provisions, and refer it to court.
