Khaberni - The Bahraini Ministry of Interior announced, on Sunday, that 3 people were injured due to falling Iranian missile shrapnel.
The ministry talked on the "X" platform about damages to a university building in Muharraq city caused by Iranian missile shrapnel.
The ministry added that the random Iranian shelling hit civilian targets and caused material damages to a water desalination station following a drone attack.
Since Saturday, February 28th, Israel and the United States have been conducting airstrikes on Iran, which resulted in the death of Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei; since then, Tehran has been retaliating by striking Israel and countries in the region with missiles and drones.
Iran has enforced a maritime embargo on the passage of ships through the Strait of Hormuz, targeting oil tankers trying to cross it.
On the first Sunday of March, Hezbollah launched several missiles from Lebanon targeting northern Israel in response to the assassination of Khamenei, which dragged Lebanon into an open war with Israel, where the latter carried out destructive raids on southern Lebanon and the southern suburbs of Beirut.
