Khaberni - The official spokesperson for the Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense said early Sunday that the fuel tanks at Kuwait International Airport were subjected to a drone attack, directly targeting vital infrastructure.
The spokesperson added that the Kuwaiti armed forces dealt with a wave of hostile drones that penetrated the country's airspace, according to the Kuwaiti news agency.
For its part, the Civil Aviation Authority confirmed that one of the drones targeted two fuel tanks at Kuwait Airport, indicating that the damage was limited to material damage, with no loss of life.
