Khaberni - Iranian President Masoud Bazeshkian called on provincial governors and the armed forces responsible for maintaining security to deal firmly with any separatist movements.
In a post on the "X" platform this Friday, Bazeshkian "thanked the honorable and jealous sons of Kurdistan who stood by Iran during these historic days," expressing "his sympathy with the families of the martyrs and the injured in these events."
It is worth noting that US President Donald Trump had previously endorsed the Kurds' attack on Iran, describing it as great, but he did not confirm US air cover for any attack.
In contrast, the Kurdistan Democratic Party denied reports of a ground attack in Iran or the involvement of the Kurdistan region in supporting the Iranian Kurdish opposition, asserting that the region will not be a party to the conflict.
The region's president, Nechirvan Barzani, also expressed his support for de-escalation and refused to participate in it, while the Komala opposition group denied the news of the attack.
