Khaberni - Lebanese President Joseph Aoun said he has issued instructions to the army to work on disarming Hezbollah in southern Litani, even if it leads to a military confrontation between the army and the party.
He continued that the decision of war and peace is within the powers of the presidency, "and no one is above the law".
