Since the beginning of regional tensions around our beloved kingdom, news sites, newspapers, and even social media have been abuzz with articles, writings, and opinions that criticize a group I call the fifth column; a group that does not miss an opportunity to undermine Jordan, question its positions, and tarnish the efforts made by our dear country.
Today's talk is about the Jordanian Iron Dome...
About the brave hero,
About the air hawks, knights of truth,
About the Arab army, the border guards, and all the ranks of our security agencies.
I am talking about the patriotic Jordanian, not the one who just holds a national number.
The real Iron Dome is not just a defense system, but it is represented in every conscious citizen who lays his head down to sleep peacefully, believing that the leadership of this country has sworn to protect and preserve its security.
The Iron Dome is the Jordanian mother who tries to explain to her children the meaning of alarm sirens and the sound of airplanes, and instills in them courage, faith, and stability.
And our Iron Dome is also every journalist, influencer, every pen, and every word woven to prove to the world that our state is strong and resilient, believing that this house has a lord who protects it, under wise leadership, and history is the best witness to what our dear country has gone through, away from the cawing of the ravens of destruction.
As God Almighty said:
"In their hearts is a disease, so Allah has increased their disease, and they will have a painful punishment because they used to lie."
Awareness is greater than a post on Facebook,
Belonging is deeper than a picture or video,
And the action before the word is to protect this country and sacrifice our dear and precious for it.
May God protect Jordan, its land, leadership, and people.
And I swear by God an oath that makes foreheads bow, to remain loyal to the king and to the homeland as long as we live.
