Khaberni - His Highness Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II, the Crown Prince, visited the Civil Defense Directorate today, Wednesday.
Upon his arrival, he was received by the Director of Public Security, Major General Dr. Obaidullah Maaytah, and the Director of Civil Defense Brigadier Nasser Al-Suweilmeen.
During his inspection of the main operations room, His Highness was briefed on the readiness of the directorate and the daily operations.
His Highness the Crown Prince listened to a briefing from the head of the main operations division about the most important tasks, systems used, and efforts being made in the current situation.
His Highness praised the efforts of the directorate in responding to emergency incidents and managing them with readiness.
His Highness the Crown Prince stressed that the safety of citizens is a priority, pointing out the importance of keeping up with the latest developments in civil protection systems and mobilizing all resources to enhance the capabilities of the directorate's staff to provide the best services to citizens.
His Highness the Crown Prince joined the directorate's personnel for the Iftar meal and performed the Maghrib prayer with those present.
