AlSafadi Jordan is not a party in the war between Iran Israel and America

Khaberni - Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Ayman Al-Safadi, said on Wednesday that Jordan is not a party in the war between Iran, Israel, and the United States, and has worked with brothers and friends to avoid it, emphasizing that Jordan will not be a war zone for any party.

He emphasized at the beginning of a legislative session in the House of Representatives that protecting Jordan’s security and stability is a priority, explaining that Jordan is working in direct coordination with Arab countries to get through this phase.

Al-Safadi pointed to Jordan being targeted during this war, confirming that the Jordanian Armed Forces have repelled these attacks and assaults.

"At the time we are working on protecting ourselves, we are also working on protecting our people in Gaza and the West Bank," he added, "We are following with great concern what is happening in Lebanon and stand with it unequivocally."

He confirmed that "the staff of the Jordanian embassy in Tehran arrived in Jordan on Tuesday."

Al-Safadi mentioned that the ministry summoned the Iranian ambassador in Amman two days ago and delivered a firm message that the security of Jordan and the safety of its citizens are a red line.

"We asked the Iranian ambassador in Amman to tell his country to stop targeting Jordan with missiles or cyber means," according to Al-Safadi.
