Khaberni - Prime Minister Jafar Hassan held a meeting on Wednesday with the Chairman of the Jordan Chamber of Industry, Fathi Jaghbeer, in the context of the meetings he held to review plans and procedures related to the sustainability of the strategic stockpile and the supply chains in light of the current regional circumstances.
During the meeting, the importance of the national industry in food security was emphasized, where the Prime Minister confirmed the government's support for the national industry and enhancing its role.
In turn, Jaghbeer confirmed the commitment of the Jordanian industry not to raise prices, and to provide materials and goods in the markets at the current prices, and the continuation of Jordanian factories working at full capacity and normally; to meet the needs of the citizens.
The meeting was attended by the Minister of Industry, Trade, and Supply, Yarub Al-Qudah, and the Minister of State for Economic Affairs, Mohannad Shehadeh.
