Khaberni - Prime Minister Jafar Hassan held a meeting today, Wednesday, attended by ministers and officials, during which plans and procedures related to the sustainability of strategic stockpiles, supply and delivery chains, and energy security were reviewed, in the midst of current regional circumstances.
The ministers and concerned officials presented their ministries' plans during the meeting, and the measures taken to deal with the impact of regional circumstances; aimed at ensuring continued readiness, where they confirmed that the strategic stock of food, strategic goods, and energy is secure, diverse, and sufficient, and that work is ongoing through various options and alternatives; to overcome any challenges in supply chains, and in cooperation with the private sector.
The meeting was attended by ministers of: Water and Irrigation, Transport, Government Communication, Energy and Mineral Resources, Industry, Trade and Supply, Education and Higher Education and Scientific Research, Interior, Planning and International Cooperation, Labor, Finance, and Investment.
