UAE We did not participate in the war and reserve the right to selfdefense

Khaberni - The United Arab Emirates confirmed on Tuesday that it has not made any decision regarding changing its defensive stance towards the repeated Iranian attacks.

The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a declaration that the UAE had been subjected to over a thousand attacks, a number that exceeds the total attacks on all the targeted countries combined, and the UAE armed forces have countered them with utmost professionalism, efficiency, and distinction.

The UAE confirmed that it has not participated in the war, nor has it allowed its territories, territorial waters, or airspace to be used for any attacks on Iran, in compliance with its policies of good neighborliness and de-escalation, and in accordance with the United Nations Charter.

In this regard, the UAE affirmed its right to self-defense, as guaranteed by international law and the United Nations Charter.

It emphasized the importance of adhering to journalistic professionalism, and the necessity of obtaining information from its official, reliable sources before publishing or circulating any inaccurate reports.
