Khaberni - Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Affairs, Ayman Al-Safadi, received a call on Tuesday from the Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Peter Szijjarto.
The two ministers discussed the serious escalation in the region, the prospects for restoring calm and protecting the area from the risk of expanding the scope of conflict, and stressed the importance of activating diplomacy as a way to consolidate security and stability in the region.
Al-Safadi condemned the Iranian attacks on the Kingdom and the brotherly Gulf Cooperation Council countries and warned of the consequences of their continuation.
Szijjarto affirmed his country's solidarity with the Kingdom in facing the Iranian attacks.
