Khaberni - Iranian media reported on Monday that the wife of the Iranian leader Ali Khamenei has died after being injured in the American-Israeli attack on the Iranian presidency headquarters in Tehran.
The media stated that "the spouse of the leader of the revolution and the Islamic Republic, the martyred Mr. Ali Khamenei, passed away days after her injury."
Sources confirmed the death of several other members of Khamenei’s family due to the operation.
Earlier, before the announcement of Khamenei's death, it was reported that the daughter of the supreme Iranian leader Ali Khamenei, his granddaughter, his son’s wife, and his daughter’s husband were also killed.
The United States and Israel started a war on Iran yesterday, Saturday, targeting the Iranian high command, starting with the Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, his adviser Ali Shamkhani, and military leaders like the Minister of Defense and the Commander of the Revolutionary Guard, launching hundreds of missile strikes and through suicidal drone aviation.
In response, Iran targeted Israel and American bases in Gulf states and the Kurdistan region, and then began bombing towers and airports in some Gulf countries such as the UAE and Kuwait.
The war between the two sides is still ongoing, and today, Sunday, Iran targeted the American aircraft carrier Abraham Lincoln, while the United States targeted military sites inside Iran.
