Khaberni - The Ministry of Water and Irrigation confirmed that it is still conducting negotiations with the concerned parties to complete the financial closure of the National Carrier Project, which is expected to be completed soon.
The spokesperson for the Ministry of Water and Irrigation, Omar Salamah, stated that after completing the financial closure, the implementation of the National Carrier Project will commence.
