After the death of 48 Iranian officials, including the supreme leader, Israel announced on Sunday the «closing of the account», and the elimination of all senior officials in the «Iranian Axis» on various fronts.
In a statement issued by the Israeli military on Sunday, it confirmed that «following the elimination of the supreme leader of the Iranian regime, the mission to eliminate the leadership of senior officials of the Iranian Axis in the Middle East has been accomplished», noting that the Air Force eliminated the Iranian supreme leader Ali Khamenei in Tehran, with precise guidance from the Military Intelligence Directorate and the participation of the Operations Authority.
The statement considered that «eliminating Khamenei represents the peak of the ongoing effort to eliminate the top tier of the senior leadership of the Iranian Axis throughout the Renaissance War», including:
Hassan Nasrallah – Leader of Hezbollah, along with the majority of the senior leadership of Hezbollah
Yahya Sinwar – Leader of Hamas movement.
Mohammed Deif – Commander of Hamas' military wing, along with the majority of the senior leadership of the military wing of Hamas
Mohammed Al-Ghamari, head of the Houthi General Staff
A group of senior leaders in the Iranian security establishment including: Ali Rashid, commander of the Khatam al-Anbia headquarters, Mohammed Hassan Bagheri, head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Iran, Hussein Salami, commander of the Revolutionary Guard, and others.
According to the statement, the Israeli military «closed the account and eliminated all senior officials in the Iranian Axis on various fronts», indicating that «for decades, all these senior officials have been keen on destroying the entity and in the course of their duties they proposed the idea of implementing the events of October 7 by Hamas and planned and supervised it, in addition to dozens of terrorist operations against the State of Israel and the entire region».
However, now the «senior officials of the Iranian Axis have been eliminated with precise raids based on accurate intelligence information since the outbreak of the war and in the course of other various operations on different fronts, including Operation Rising Lion and Spears of the North», according to the statement which confirmed that «their elimination deals another harsh blow to the Iranian Axis».
