Khaberni - His Majesty King Abdullah II and His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, discussed the developments in the region during a telephone call today, Saturday.
The two leaders condemned the Iranian targeting of the territories of Jordan and the State of Qatar as well as other brotherly Arab nations, stressing the need for an immediate halt to the escalation and the opening of dialogue prospects to restore stability in the region and avoid further tensions.
During the call, they affirmed the continuation of bilateral coordination to take necessary measures to protect the security, stability, and sovereignty of their territories.
