Khaberni - The Pricing Committee for Oil Derivatives held its monthly meeting today, Saturday, to determine the local selling prices of oil derivatives for the period from (March 1–31).
The committee reviewed the global prices of crude oil and oil derivatives during the current month of February and compared them with those of the previous month of January, showing an increase in the global average prices for the sale of gasoline in both types (90 and 95) and the price of diesel.
The committee decided to adjust the selling price of gasoline octane (90) to become (820) fils/liter instead of (810) fils/liter, the selling price of gasoline octane (95) to become (1050) fils/liter instead of (1035) fils/liter, and the selling price of diesel to become (655) fils/liter instead of (645) fils/liter.
The committee also decided to keep the selling price of kerosene at (550) fils/liter, and maintain the selling price of the household gas cylinder (12.5 kg) at 7 dinars/cylinder.
It is worth mentioning that the average price of Brent crude oil rose to 71.5 USD per barrel in the current month of February compared to 66.8 USD per barrel recorded in the previous month of January.
