Khaberni - His Majesty King Abdullah II received a phone call on Saturday from His Royal Highness Prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince, and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The call discussed the ongoing developments in the region, where His Majesty condemned the aggression on Jordanian territory, emphasizing the continuation of all necessary steps to ensure the safety of citizens and protect the security and sovereignty of the kingdom.
His Majesty expressed Jordan’s absolute solidarity with the brotherly Arab states and affirmed its support in facing any aggressions that threaten their sovereignty, security, and stability.
Both parties stressed the need to de-escalate and use dialogue to reduce tensions and avoid the expansion of the conflict.
